The Auction of Machhapuchre Cricket League (MCL) T-20 has been completed on Sunday in Pokhara. The name of Auction was registered as the Gandaki and Dhaulagiri zone’s players Auction.
Among 145 players a total of 84 players have been purchased for the League, that will start on first week of Bhadra.
The minimum price of players was Rs 1000. Sudeep Poudel was sold at the high price in Auction. Downtown Lions Pokhara have purchased Sudip in 10 thousand rupees. Before the Auction, 6 captains were determined for the 6 teams of league.
The league will start on the first week of Bhadra at Machhapuchre Cricket Ground, Pokhara. Machhapuchre Lions, VM Warriors, Parbat Titans, Lion Club of Pokhara Downtown, Informatics College cheetah and KKAF Syangja Challengers will participate in the League.
The winner team will receive Rs3 lakhs and the runner up will receive 2 lakhs. The Best Player of the tournament will have 20 thousand, the “Best Bowler” and the “Best Batsmen” will have 10-10 thousand each. Likewise, “Man of the Match” will take Rs.2,000and the “Final Man of the Match”, will be awarded Rs 5,000.
